Cultural conditioning and old narratives can leave us feeling stuck, burnt out, and disconnected from ourselves.
Sometimes we end up living our lives based on other people’s values, expectations, or societal norms rather than figuring out what feels true for us.
Therapy can be a place where we practice taking off our masks and discover our own truths. Where we learn about who we are outside of other’s expectations, and in turn strengthen our feelings of pleasure, joy, and deepen relationships.
